The Urban Developer Long Lunch returns to Melbourne on Thursday 10 December, bringing more than 500 of Melbourne’s developers, investors, funders, builders and consultants together at Palladium, Crown Melbourne for one of the last big industry gatherings of 2026.
Expect a long seated lunch, an industry panel (speakers announced soon), the Property Industry Foundation (PIF) charity auction, drinks, live music and the after party. Most of all, expect three hours in a room with the people you want to do business with next year.
