Behind every successful development is a solid feasibility – the foundation that determines whether a project stacks up or stalls. But for many, feasibility can be a complex, often misunderstood part of the process.
In partnership with Altus Group, The Urban Developer is hosting a free, one-hour webinar designed to simplify the fundamentals of feasibility modelling using ARGUS EstateMaster.
Through three real-world case studies – covering townhouses, apartments and Build-to-Rent – the session will show how to structure models, test assumptions and assess scenarios with confidence. Whether you’re a developer weighing up a new site, a consultant preparing financials, or an investor seeking clarity, this session will highlight the practical steps to get feasibility right from the start.
Attendees will also receive a 15% discount to The Urban Developer’s upcoming Property Development Masterclass series in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne — an in-person deep dive into the development process.
This is your chance to gain practical, high-level insights into feasibility and walk away with tools you can apply immediately to your own projects.
