Rising costs, tighter timelines and greater sustainability expectations are changing how development projects are planned and delivered. Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) provides developers with a way to manage risk, plan effectively and improve project outcomes from the start.
Join DEMEX and The Urban Developer for a free, one-hour webinar for property developers across South-East Queensland. The session will explore how engaging contractors early in enabling works — including site investigations, demolition, remediation, civil works and handovers can help projects run more smoothly and predictably across all asset classes.
We’ll also cover how early engagement can support Green Star requirements, giving you practical industry insights for meeting ESG objectives through the demolition stage.
Hear from industry leaders about lessons from multi-sector projects and how early collaboration with contractors can lead to more efficient, reliable and sustainable project outcomes.
