As Melbourne’s housing market contends with shifting demographics, economic headwinds and a tightening policy landscape, the city’s residential developers are navigating a new era of complexity—and opportunity.
The Urban Developer’s Residential Developer Summit is the leading event for those at the forefront of this transformation.
Bringing together some of the industry’s most active and influential developers—from boutique apartments builders to large-scale masterplanned community creators—this one-day summit will explore how the development sector is adapting to new demand patterns, cost pressures, planning reform and market uncertainty.
From capital constraints and feasibility challenges to evolving buyer expectations and the future of medium-density living, the program will unpack the critical forces reshaping how and where Melbourne lives.
Attendees will hear directly from the developers shaping the city’s suburbs and skyline, as well as the strategists and advisors helping them navigate the cycle.
