The Urban Developer Retail Leaders Forum brings together developers, investors, tenants and experts for an exclusive lunch in Sydney on October 20 2026.

The event kicks off with a keynote from Gavin Duane, Head of Property Economics and Analytics at Colliers International.

Where is the venue and is parking available?
Four Seasons, 199 George Street, Sydney, in the heart of Circular Quay. Valet and nearby paid parking are available. Full arrival details, including parking and timings, are emailed to attendees 24 hours before the event.
What is included in my ticket?
Canapes on arrival, a seated lunch, the full keynote and panel program, networking and post-event content including presentation slides where presenters have given permission.
