Jamie McClurg is the Executive Chairman and controlling shareholder of Commercial & General, one of Australia’s most active private developers. With over 25 years’ experience in development, construction and real estate, he has delivered more than $2.5 billion in projects across healthcare, defence, life sciences, industrial, residential and social infrastructure.

His leadership has shaped landmark developments including the $500m Australian Bragg Centre, $345m Calvary Adelaide Hospital, $300m Eighty Eight O’Connell precinct, $1bn redevelopment of the iconic Football Park precinct at West Lakes, and the $165m SA Police Headquarters in Adelaide’s CBD.

Known for building scalable platforms and long-term partnerships with institutional capital, Jamie has established a reputation for creating investable, mixed-use precincts that balance development risk with recurring income.

At this year’s summit, Jamie will feature in a fireside chat on “Building at Scale: The Jamie McClurg Approach”, sharing insights on partnering with capital, creating institutional-grade precincts, and navigating today’s commercial real estate cycles.
