Perth Developer Symposium

An industry summit for property professionals exploring the opportunities and market forces shaping the WA capital.

11 - 12 MARCH 2026

About the event

The Urban Developer’s inaugural Perth Developer Symposium brings together the leading developers, investors and experts from the WA capital for a two-day property conference.

Since 2020, a ‘perfect storm’ of population growth, strong demand, tight supply, major infrastructure and economic investment has resulted in unprecedented growth across property sectors.

A wave of significant investment from local players has attracted additional investment from both interstate and international players.

So, where to from here? What are the opportunities for new development in the greater Perth region? And how can the broader industry tap into this?

Delivered by the industry leader The Urban Developer, this event will combine site tours, networking, expert keynotes, panel discussions and Q&As from market leaders to deliver a comprehensive perspective on Perth’s development potential – now and in the future.
