Perth Developer Symposium Program

An industry summit for property professionals exploring the opportunities and market forces shaping the WA capital.

11 - 12 MARCH 2026

REGISTRATION

12:30 PM | Project One: UniLodge Perth Central by Sirona Urban

UniLodge Perth Central is bringing new scale to Perth’s student housing market, delivering 736 beds across a 30-level tower in the CBD. Led by Sirona Urban with Australian Unity, MaxCap Group and UniLodge, the $150 million project adds much-needed capacity and momentum to the city’s east end, ahead of ECU’s new City campus opening in 2026.

Murdoch Square has opened as Western Australia’s newest mixed-use healthcare precinct, spanning 80,000sqm across five buildings in Murdoch. Anchored by a 150-room Courtyard by Marriott, it combines medical, commercial, residential and hospitality uses around a new public plaza—setting the tone for the State’s growing Murdoch Health and Knowledge Precinct.

Burswood Point is reshaping the Belmont Racecourse into one of Perth’s biggest new waterfront neighbourhoods—38 hectares, $3.8 billion and 4,500 homes just 3.5km from the CBD. With apartments and green-title homes planned across staged delivery, the precinct will bring new life to the Swan River edge, minutes from Optus Stadium, Crown and Victoria Park.

Forbes Residences is a boutique mixed-use addition to Applecross, one of Perth’s most tightly held riverside suburbs, just 8km from the CBD. Designed by Singapore-based WOHA and completed in Q2 2024, the 13-level project combines ground-floor commercial and community space with 33 large-format three- and four-bedroom apartments above. Sky gardens every three floors and a recreation deck with pool and gym round out the offering, all framed by sweeping Swan River and city skyline views.
