South-East Queensland continues to lead the nation in population growth, housing demand and infrastructure investment—yet for residential developers, the path to delivery is becoming increasingly complex.
The Urban Developer’s Residential Developer Summit brings together the leaders shaping the region’s residential future to unpack the forces influencing project feasibility, supply and buyer demand.
From apartments and high-density infill to greenfield estates and masterplanned communities, the summit will explore how market players are responding to soaring construction costs, shifting policy settings, tightening capital conditions and changing buyer behaviours.
As Queensland prepares for a decade of transformation on the road to the 2032 Olympics, this summit offers a unique opportunity to gain a competitive edge in one of the country’s most dynamic residential markets.
