Della ROSA by Frank Developments in partnership with Signature Property Partners is a boutique residential apartment project located in a tightly held pocket of New Farm, Brisbane. The project comprises 12 large-format apartments delivered as a low-density infill outcome within an established residential streetscape.
Designed by architects ByCulprit, the project adopts a contemporary built form informed by traditional Queensland housing. The design prioritises climate responsiveness, privacy and internal amenity, with a focus on durable materials and efficient layouts suited to long-term owner-occupier use.
The apartment mix consists of three and four-bedroom residences with generous internal areas and strong indoor–outdoor connections. Shared amenities are consolidated to a rooftop level, incorporating a pool and wellness facilities, while deep planting and integrated landscaping contribute to both resident amenities and the public interface. The project was completed in 2025.
