Piper is a boutique residential project comprising fourteen two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes, situated on one of Australia’s most prestigious residential peninsulas. The development is designed to integrate seamlessly with its environment, offering a balance between private living and community engagement.
This project marks the inaugural collaboration between developers Fortis and Dare, who have combined their expertise to deliver a high-quality residential offering. The design process involved a multidisciplinary approach, incorporating insights from leading interior design studio MIM Design and landscape architects Dangar Barin Smith. MIM Design’s involvement ensures that the interiors are both functional and aesthetically pleasing, while Dangar Barin Smith’s landscaping integrates the natural surroundings into the living experience.
Piper’s development process reflects a commitment to quality and thoughtful design, aiming to contribute positively to the architectural landscape of the area.
