Prosker’s Redan Lane is a completed collection of seven large-format residences on Mosman’s Balmoral slopes, overlooking Balmoral Beach, Middle Harbour and Sydney’s northern coastline.
Developed by Prosker, designed by Studio Johnston, with interiors by Mim Design and landscape architecture by Dangar Barin Smith, the project reconsiders luxury downsizing through residences that combine the flexibility, outdoor space and privacy of a home with single-level apartment living. Completed in 2026, the residences range from 205sqm to 270sqm across a steeply sloping 2,220sqm site between Redan Lane and Redan Street.
Studio Johnston has stepped the building down the natural grade to preserve surrounding views and respond to the streetscape. The largest residence sits at the base of the site, embedded in the landscape with private courtyards and a swimming pool, while the six residences above have dual east-west frontages. A radiating building grid directs views toward the harbour while opening the homes to north-west daylight.
Exclusive to The Urban Developer TUD+ members, this guided site tour hosted by Prosker will examine the project’s response to site, privacy, landscape and the evolving expectations of Sydney’s prestige apartment market.
The tour will include:
- An overview of the architectural response by Conrad Johnston, Principal, Studio Johnston

- A walkthrough of the sandstone tunnel and lower landscape areas, revealing the site’s excavation and connection to the harbour outlook
- Inspection of Residence 7, including the lighter Balmoral interior palette and white-marble detailing
- Inspection of Residence 6, showcasing the Village Green interior palette with green and white marble finishes
