TOGA and TFE Hotels’s The EVE Hotel Sydney is a 102-key boutique hotel delivered as the final component of the $500 million Wunderlich Lane precinct, positioned on the border of Surry Hills and Redfern.
Originally conceived as residential, the five-storey hotel represents a strategic pivot within the broader mixed-use masterplan, introducing a hospitality anchor to strengthen precinct activation, drive visitation and support surrounding retail and F&B operators.
Designed by SJB Architects, with interiors by SJB, Bates Smart and George Livissianis Interior Architecture, the building adopts open-air circulation, deep balconies and climate-responsive design principles. A rooftop pool, destination dining venues and layered public interfaces reinforce the hotel’s role as both a standalone asset and a precinct connector.
The hotel integrates with Wunderlich Lane’s residential, retail and commercial components, contributing to a diversified income profile across the broader estate while enhancing long-term asset performance.
