For years, height safety has been one of the property industry’s grey areas — a space where conflicting standards, inconsistent interpretations and costly disputes have left developers, architects and manufacturers navigating uncertainty.
Now, that’s about to change. The release of the recent 2025 fall protection standards marks the most significant overhaul of fall protection standards in more than a decade — setting a new benchmark for how safety systems are designed, tested and maintained across Australia.
In partnership with Height Safety Engineers, The Urban Developer invites you to a free virtual briefing that cuts through the complexity. This session will explain what’s changed, why it matters and what you need to do to stay compliant as the new standards come into effect.
