Brisbane City Council recently proposed changes to zoning provisions under Brisbane City Plan (2014) that will provide new opportunities for the way land in inner-city suburbs can be developed.
The amendments to the Low–Medium Residential (LMR) zone cover building heights, lot sizes and built form rules which could open the door to more townhouses and small-scale apartment projects in well-located areas.
For developers, planners and investors, knowing which sites stand to benefit and how to move through the approval process will be critical.
In this webinar, Place Design Group associate Renee Livingstone will unpack the proposed LMR zoning changes, where new development opportunities may emerge and what the reforms could mean for Brisbane’s development pipeline.
There will also be opportunities for you to ask questions through a live Q&A session moderated by The Urban Developer chief executive Adam Di Marco.
